As the 2025/2026 Inter-club season approaches, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has mandated that all member associations, including Nigeria's Football Federation (NFF), submit their participating clubs by July 31, 2025.

This directive follows Kwara United's recent victory, finalizing Nigeria's representatives for the upcoming competitions.

The clubs selected for the Inter-club tournaments include Remo Stars and Rivers United in the CAF Champions League, with Abia Warriors and Kwara United representing Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup, showcasing the nation's growing football talent.
