Oyebanji Hails Ayedatiwa's Appeal Court Victory

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji extended his heartfelt congratulations to Ondo State Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa, following the Court of Appeal's confirmation of Ayedatiwa's electoral victory. 

In a statement from his Special Adviser on Media, Yinka Oyebode, Governor Oyebanji described the court's decision as a reaffirmation of the popular mandate the people bestowed upon Ayedatiwa during the last governorship election.

The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal from People's Democratic Party candidate Agboola Ajayi, upholding the previous tribunal ruling that confirmed Ayedatiwa as the rightful winner.

 Governor Oyebanji emphasized that this legal endorsement is not just a personal triumph for Ayedatiwa but a reinforcement of democracy and the rule of law within Nigeria's electoral framework.
