The Confederation of African Football has stripped Senegal of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title and declared Morocco champions.

CAF’s Appeal Board ruled that Senegal forfeited the final after players walked off the pitch in protest over a late penalty decision.

Morocco was awarded a three–nil walkover victory, overturning the earlier result in Senegal’s favour.

CAF said the decision was taken in line with competition rules and confirmed Morocco as the official winners of the tournament.
