The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, says it has uploaded the names of its presidential, vice-presidential and National Assembly candidates for the 2027 general elections to the INEC nomination portal.

PDP National Chairman, Abdulrahman Mohammed, said the move demonstrates the party’s commitment to participating fully in the elections, adding that the process of uploading governorship and State Assembly candidates is ongoing.

The development follows the extension of the deadline by the Independent National Electoral Commission for political parties to submit candidates’ details through its online portal.
