Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, says his administration is putting measures in place to enable security agencies respond to threats anywhere in the state within five minutes.

The governor, who stated this at a church service in Benin City, said security remains a top priority, with dedicated emergency numbers to be made available to residents for immediate assistance.

Okpebholo promised that Edo would become safer in the coming month, with stronger measures against kidnapping, robbery and other criminal activities.
