A Federal High Court has warned that it may revoke the bail granted to activist Omoyele Sowore over alleged cyberstalking if he fails to comply with the conditions earlier set by the court.
The judge issued the warning during the resumed hearing of the case, stressing that all parties must respect the court’s orders while the trial continues.
Sowore is facing charges related to alleged online publications considered offensive by the complainant. His legal team, however, insisted that he has not violated any bail conditions.
The court adjourned the matter to a later date for continuation of hearing.
