The United States Department of State has announced a reward of up to 10 million dollars for information on several Iranian officials, including Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
The offer, made under the Rewards for Justice Programme, targets officials linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which the United States accuses of planning and executing global terrorism.
The announcement comes amid rising tensions following Mojtaba Khamenei’s appointment after the death of his father, Ali Khamenei.
