Nigeria has been drawn in Group C alongside Cameroon, Ghana and Tunisia for the 2026 African Women’s Volleyball Championship in Nairobi, Kenya.
The tournament will run from August 25 to September 5, with 15 teams competing for continental honours.
Host Kenya leads Group A, while Rwanda, Algeria, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi are in Group D.
The championship will also serve as a qualifier for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, giving Nigeria an added incentive to perform strongly in the competition.
