Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, says Nigeria remains a work in progress despite economic reforms introduced by President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
Speaking at the third Raymond Dokpesi Lecture in Abuja, Uzodimma said the removal of fuel subsidies and foreign exchange reforms had helped improve economic stability and foreign reserves, but stressed that significant challenges remain.
He identified food security, electricity, human development and electoral reforms as areas requiring urgent attention, urging Nigerians to work together towards national development.
